I tried jucing(kale,1apple,1orange,coconut milk)every morning, and eating 5 fruits and veggies, eating little (salmon twice a week with tummeric). The pain in my foot has left and i am not limping. Earlier i had taken medication but it did't work. Natural remedy is helping. We really are what we eat. Thanks

The unique thing that I seen is Disclaimer.I have read lots of hubs on health related issues and medical related but it very much true that those hubs not meant to be a substitute for proper medical diagnosis, treatment or advice, and you should not assume that.
